Refund policy
Thank you for supporting Luh♥︎duckie! We appreciate your business.
We are happy to accept returns for store credit or a full refund on unworn, unwashed items with their original tags and packaging, including inserts, within 30 days of the delivery date. However, the following items are not eligible for return:

MANE Embellishments (dog/cat bows, hair bows)

Sample Sale items

Items marked as Final Sale
Please read our policy carefully before initiating any returns or exchanges.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn or unused

Original tags attached

In original packaging with any inserts

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a restocking fee of $10 or 15% of the original purchase price, whichever is higher, will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return Process:

Subject: "Return Product" followed by your invoice number

Attachment: Image of receipt or packing slip

Body of Email: Include the reason for the return (Your feedback helps us improve our products and service.)

Follow the instructions we send to expedite the return process. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit, minus the restocking fee, within 10 business days.
FULL REFUNDS
Full refunds are available if the return meets the same conditions as store credit returns. After we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee of $10 or 15% of the purchase price, whichever is higher.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Due to limited product availability and production times, we cannot guarantee the same item will be in stock for an exchange.
To get the product you want:

Return the original item for store credit or a full refund.

Once your return is processed, place a new order for the item you want.
Exchanges are more complex due to stock availability, and a restocking fee of $10 or 15% of the original purchase price, whichever is higher, will apply to all returns initiated for exchange.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us at luhduckie@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Items reported after 7 days are no longer eligible for return. Once an item leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.
REFUNDS ON DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Once we receive and inspect your defective or damaged item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at luhduckie@gmail.com.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local carrier immediately. Unfortunately, Luh♥︎duckie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been picked up by the carrier.
MTO (Made-to-Order) PRODUCT RETURNS or EXCHANGES
All MTO products are eligible for returns for store credit only. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date, and the items must meet the following criteria:

Unworn, unused

In original packaging with all inserts
Restocking Fee: MTO returns are subject to a restocking fee of $10 or 15% of the original purchase price, whichever is higher.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

Exchanges: As noted, exchanges are more complex and depend on stock availability. Please follow the return process if you wish to exchange an item.

Eligibility for Return: For all returns, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
